Cancellation & Refund Policy


Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before using our services.

At Office Route we are committed to provide the standard cab service to our customers, we make your travel easy so you can save time, energy, and money. We strive to enable you to reach your workplace on time and comfortably every day.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their registration/booking and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Important Note : In case of no cab available, due to any reason we will arrange another cab from OLA/ Uber or any other cab, but we will reimburse the charges that we are charging you per day per trip not as per OLA Uber Fare.

Example : We charge 6500 for 22 days of Service in a month and for 1 day it will be 295 and per trip it will be 145 rs so we can give only this amount only as reimbursement.


You can cancel the ride at any time before or after your ride has been accepted by the driver-partner. The cancellation fee of min INR 50 will only be applicable if you have cancel the ride once the cab has arrived at your pickup location.

For customers subscribed our monthly subscription has to inform us via email prior to 1 week in order to unsubscribe. ETF (Early termination fee) INR 999 will be applicable as per the monthly plans.

Wait time is not more than 3 minutes once the cab arrived at pickup location. INR 5 per minute will be applicable on your fare once the ride has been completed.


We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. The TAT for any refund is 30 business days.

Refunds will be made via Bank transfer/NEFT to the registered account.

Subscription must be renewed on or before renewal date. The subscription plans comes with 7-Day-Money-back guarantee.

7 Day Money back guarantee is applicable on minimum amount based upon the monthly subscription and wherein the services has not been provided apart from in any case the refund is not applicable (e.g. change in location, change in office reporting time, Job switched etc.).

User has to ensure that, he/she renew the monthly subscription before the due date expires, if not, INR 200 will be applicable as late fees which will be added into the current billing cycle.

All payments/transactions will be made on behalf of M/S Office Route India Pvt Ltd.


In the event if there is unavailability of the services (cab breakdown etc.), the reimbursement will be processed and calculated on the basis of per day calculation of the monthly subscription. The amount will be adjusted into next payment cycle.
